A Grade player coach Thomas Phelps is going to be using all of his skills & lessons learned from previous clubs he has played at before returning home to help rebuild his home side. With the loss of several key players, Cougars are going to be leaning on their core players with 50-100 games of A grade experience like Dylan Wandner, Jay Green & Daniel Puckridge to help blood their lesser experienced players & show them what it takes to play A grade footy.

Players to watch out for
Brodie Laube is the reigning best & fairest winner but still has further upside in his game as he takes on more responsibility for winning the contested ball. A beautiful mark & kick.
Max Turnbull will get more opportunities in the A grade this season. Cougars will be looking for him to continue to develop as a player. Has looked good on the track in preseason.
